You may use the site to look for a salon, view and share individual pages, and link to them. Search engines may index the site as described in robots.txt.
You may not copy, scrape, harvest or extract the lists, salon pages or the data files of this site (by hand, by script, by bot or by any other automated means), and you may not re-publish, sell or use them to build or feed another directory, product or database, without our written permission. You may not try to bypass the limits that protect the site, use the site to send unsolicited messages to the businesses listed, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may block any visitor who does.
The selection, checking, structure and presentation of the information on this site are our work and may be protected by copyright and other laws. Parts of the underlying map data come from OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL) and Overture Maps Foundation; their own licenses apply to that data when you take it from them directly. Business names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners; we use them only to identify the business.
Listings are based on information the businesses or public sources have made public. If you own or run a listed business you can ask us to correct or remove your listing with the "Correct or remove this listing" button on the page or by email to contact@salonshortlist.com. We review requests and act on them within 7 days. If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, email us the page address and what is yours, and we will review it promptly.
We read each salon's own website and public sources. Details can be out of date or wrong: check with the salon before you travel or book. Salon Shortlist is a product of Appointica, salon software, and a salon that takes bookings through Appointica gets its complete profile here automatically. Apart from that we are not affiliated with the businesses listed and are not responsible for their services, prices or availability. Salon Shortlist does not accept payment for ranking and does not rate or recommend any business. The site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent the law allows.
To the extent the law allows, Salon Shortlist and its owners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site or from information on it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This does not take away rights that mandatory consumer law in your state gives you.

Data comes from public salon websites and open map data: © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL) and Overture Maps Foundation. "No data" means the salon's site does not say, not that the answer is no. Salons are sorted by profile completeness (how much we could verify), not by quality. No salon pays to be listed.
